Yes, we offer beginner courses. The instructors will help you build a strong foundation in technique and defense, allowing you to progress gradually.
In functional training, we work on strength, endurance, and flexibility. These sessions are designed as a complement to Jiu Jitsu and can be done by athletes of any discipline.

Classes require a gi (kimono). For your first class, you can use one of ours, and later on, you can use a gi bought from us or from anywhere else.
